Since beginning in 2017, Enliven Systems has developed software and research-driven solutions for clients across Hungary, Czechia, the Netherlands, Ireland and Germany. Our experience spans automotive, telecommunications, healthcare, legal, accounting and media, giving us exposure to very different operational requirements and technical challenges.

Solving problems, not just delivering software
International outsourcing becomes valuable when a vendor can solve problems that cannot be addressed through standard development capacity alone.
In Ireland, a fast-scaling media client needed to process millions of social data points each day, but its existing infrastructure left more than 95% of valuable data unanalyzed. Other vendors proposed cloud-only approaches that could have consumed more than 60% of operational expenses, while their proposed MVP timelines stretched to 1–2 years.
Enliven Systems designed a hybrid platform combining on-premises high-performance computing with cloud scalability. Using Apache Spark, Kafka and MLOps practices, we created real-time analytics capabilities and delivered a production-ready MVP in six months– five times faster than the proposed industry timelines.
This project illustrates an important part of our approach to software development outsourcing: the solution is not necessarily the most conventional architecture. It is the architecture that fits the client’s operational and commercial reality.
Different industries require different engineering decisions
Our international projects have also involved challenges where performance, reliability and flexibility were critical.
For a health and sport client in Ireland, professional soccer teams needed real-time athlete monitoring. Existing systems could introduce 3–5 seconds of delay, while proprietary solutions required investments exceeding €1.2 million per team and created vendor lock-in.
We combined edge computing, Apache Flink and Kafka to achieve 40 ms end-to-end latency from sensor capture to data visualization. A self-healing and self-balancing relay network maintained data transmission during live matches and training sessions.
In Germany and Hungary, we developed an AI-powered legal automation platform addressing complex document workflows. The platform combined Scala, Akka, Spark, Istio and a controlled MLOps pipeline to help users create compliant documents through conversational workflows while providing lawyers with structured, review-ready information.
In Hungary, we also developed an agentic accounting solution combining an actor-system framework with Apache Spark. The architecture enabled autonomous financial workflows and scalable processing for reconciliation and compliance tasks.
These projects differ significantly, but the underlying principle remains the same: understand the business problem first, then determine the technology required to solve it.

Working across countries and industries has strengthened the way we deliver software. Our teams include 45% summa cum laude graduates and PhD candidates, bringing research expertise and a rigorous approach to complex engineering challenges.
We have successfully completed more than 43 projects and developed capabilities across AI, large-scale data processing, edge technologies, UX, web and mobile systems. We also use KPI-driven development to connect technical decisions with measurable business objectives.
Our delivery model combines structured development with flexibility. Discovery, planning, implementation, testing, delivery and feedback remain fundamental stages, but we strategically allow them to overlap when this improves delivery.
