Ad-hoc batch analytics at scale

Supporting accounting workflows that depend on rapid, on-demand analytics required an architecture capable of executing complex financial queries within seconds. Traditional batch systems were too slow, lacked configurability, and couldn’t reload transactional data fast enough to support real-time compliance checks. To overcome this, we built standby Apache Spark clusters optimized for instant spin-up, enabling ad-hoc SQL-like queries across millions of transactions with minimal latency.

Continuous data ingestion from NoSQL ensured the batch engine operated on near-live data, while strategic caching and incremental reloads reduced query execution times by up to 85% under peak load.

Enabling resilient agentic operations

Delivering agentic accounting required agents that could act autonomously, route tasks intelligently, and remain fully reliable even during high-volume financial periods. This introduced challenges around agent data partitioning, request coordination, and fault recovery.
